Born and raised in Arlington, I’ve spent most of my life building things with my hands. From landscaping and welding to custom projects for local shops, I’ve always taken pride in doing solid work. After years in the trades, I started KMP Epoxy Floor Designs to bring that same mindset to floors: clean, durable, and built to last. No upsells, no fluff. How much does it cost?
Every job is a little different. Pricing depends on your square footage, the condition of the concrete, and the kind of finish you’re after. How long does the job take?
Most standard garage floors take 1 to 2 days. We prep the surface thoroughly, apply the coating in layers, and allow for proper cure time. You’ll be back on your floor faster than you think.
How durable is it really?
Our epoxy floors are built to handle cars, tools, spills, and daily use without cracking or peeling. With proper care, they can last 10–15 years or longer.
Will it be slippery when wet?
